Great Nana's Blueberry Muffins

1 cup Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour1 cup Apriva (sucralose) non caloric sweetener2 tsp. Baking Soda1/2 tsp. Salt1 Large egg1/2 cup Skim milk1/2 cup plain non fat yogurt1 cup Frozen blueberries
Makes 12 medium- sized muffins.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a 12-section muffin pan with cooking spray. (you can also dust with flour to help with the sticking problem.)
Measure and mix dry ingredients together.
Add yogurt, egg and milk. Mix well.
Divide mixture into 12 sections of the muffin pan.
Divide blueberries between the muffins. I just place them on top. (Optionally, you can mix the blueberries into the batter, but they may all end up at the bottom of the muffins.)
Bake for approximately 30 minutes
