Macadamia Coconut Crusted Swordfish

Ingredients
* Finfish, swordfish, raw, 430 grams * Macadamia Nuts, .25 cup, whole or halves * Coconut, raw, .25 cup, shredded (remove) * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
combine coconut and chopped macadamias. Cook fish 3 min on each side over medium heat until just cooked through. Top with macadamia, coconut mixture & place under oven grill for 1 - 3 min, until golden.
