Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients
1 lb green beans2 tbs extra virgin olive oil1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Trim green beans (or snap off ends). Mix with EVOO, then add all other ingredients and mix well. Spread evenly on foil covered baking sheet/pan. Roast at 400ºC for 15-25 minutes depending on preference.
