Breakfast Cookies- Banana Applesauce Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1.25 cup quick cooking oats.5 tsp baking soda.5 tsp baking powder.5 tsp salt1 tbsp cinnamon1 banana mashed.5 cup applesauce2 tsp ground flax seed2 tbsp water
Directions
In a small bowl combine the flaxseed with the water and let it set while combining the other ingredients.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl (include the brown sugar).
Add flaxseed mixture to wet ingredients and stir to combine.
Mix the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients being careful not to overmix.
Make 2 tbsp sized cookies on a gently sprayed cookie sheet (should make between 15-18 cookies). Press down to flatten cookies.

Bake until bottom is browned, about 12 minutes.
