Ginger-Orange Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
1 package of cranberries1/2 c orange juiceThe zest of one orange1 1/2 tsp ginger1/2 c sugar1/2 c splenda1 c water
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a heavy saucepan, stirring occasionally. When the cranberries begin to pop, reduce heat to simmer and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot or refrigerate to serve later.
