Turkey Burger

Ingredients
3 pounds ground turkey1/4 cup Gluten Free Corn Meal 1/4 cup finely diced onion2 egg whites1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley1 close garlic1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
1: In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, cornmeal (or any type of seasoned breadcrumbs, if you are not following a special diet), onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Form into 12 patties.

2: Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once to an internal temp of 180 degrees F.
