Ingredients
jimmy dean sausage 1 lbground sirloin 1 lbground venison .5 lbJoan of Arc light Red kidney beans 40ozKroger Light Red beans 15ozKroger Dark Red kidney beans 15 ozKroger Black Beans 15 oz Frozen Chopped onions 1/2 bag1 Packet mild chili seasoningRotel tomatoes & chilis 15ozPeeled tomatoes in chili sauce 15 oz
Directions
Brown & crumble meat.
Add onions, & seasoning packet.
Then beans.
Simmer for 5 hours in crock pot

Makes approximately 20 servings.

    This chili is awesome! I didn't follow the recipe exactly, but the close enough not to do a make-over version. I put in cubed venison instead of ground. And I used smoked sausage sliced on the bias instead of ground. Used a whole small onion (why frozen onion?), and the beans were different brand. - 12/27/12

    My frozen onion was because I had the 1/2 bag leftover from another meal. Occasionally I will pick them up pre-diced & frozen. **Glad you liked the recipe
