Chicken and Rice Wraps

Ingredients
* Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz * Boneless Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast * Salsa, 0.50 cup * Flour Tortillas, 10 tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) * Rice, FRAFT, Minute Rice, Brown, 2 cups * Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 5 tsp * Water, 2 cups
Directions
Add diced chicken (cooked), water, salsa and taco seasoning to a pan and bring to a boil. Add rice and let simmer for 5 minutes or until all the water is absorbed. Divid mix into 8-10 tortillas and top with cheese before rolling if desired.

To freeze: wrap indiviually in tin foil or plastic wrap and put in a large freezer bag.
