salmon with dijon cream sauce

2 pounds salmon1/2 c yogurt1/8 teaspoon white pepper1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed1/3 cup chardonnay wine1 shallot finely chopped1/4 c flour1 c fat free half and half1 T dijon mustard
pre heat oven to 375 degrees. Put salmon in pan and cover with yogurt sprinkle with pepper and dill bake 30 minutes or until it flakes easily. In the meantime heat wine and shallots in small pan on stove. Mix the half and half with flour and mix with hot wine stir until smooth. Mix mustard right before serving and pour over salmon.
