10 Minute Frozen Chocolate Pie

4 ounces semisweet baking chocolate 1/3 cup 1% milk 2 T sugar 1 package cream cheese, softened1 tub (3 1/2 cups) whipped topping1 graham cracker crust
1. In sauce pan, heat chocolate baking squares, granulated sugar, and milk on low to melt.
2. In another mixing bowl, beat sugar into cream cheese. Add chocolate / milk mixture; mix until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until smooth.
3. Put into pie crust. Smooth. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
4. Serve frozen or just slightly thawed. Serves 8 (cut into 8 pieces)!
