Brandi's Chicken Fried Rice

boneless chicken breast - raw, 12 oz cut into small piecesbalsalmic vinegar, 2 tbsp French's Worchestershire Sauce, 2 tbspBrown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked Garlic, 2 clove Dry Mustard, 1 tspKikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbspbrown rice, 10 cups cooked (day old is best!)Egg, fresh, 4 medium
add chicken, and all ingredients except eggs and rice. Marinade for at least 30 minutes. Place chicken and marinade into high heated wok. Once chicken is cooked add rice and cook until heated. In a seperate bowl beat the four eggs together. Push rice/chicken mixture to one isde of wok. Pour in eggs and quickly scramble. Once eggs are scrambled mix with rice mixture.

I am glad you liked it. If I didn't have picky eaters mine would be full of veggies too. The more veggies the merrier. I love carrots and peas in my chicken fried rice.
