Pancakes in a Pinch

Ingredients
0.5 Cup of Plain Flour0.5 Cup of Oat Milk/Soya Milk/Rice Milk/Milk1tsp Baking Powder1tbsp Maple Syrup
Directions
Makes 3-5 pancakes depending on size.

1. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients. Add a little extra flour or liquid if it is too thick or too thin.
2. Add some batter to a lightly greased non-stick pan.
3. Cook on medium heat until the tops are just set and starting to dry.
4. Then flip and cook until both sides are nicely brown.
5. Serve with your choice of toppings.
