Ingredients
2 Haas Avocados, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1" chunks2 Ripe, but firm, mangos, peeled and cut into 1" chunks1.5 oz (a shot) of lime juiceA handful of cilantro, chopped1 medium scallion (green onion), sliced thin
Directions
Simply chop and toss the ingredients together. Makes a great tropical summer side for any seafood dishes like grilled shrimp, scallops, or salmon!
