Mandy's Cornbread

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups, Self-Rising Cornmeal Mix2 Large Eggs2 tbsp. vegetable oil1 cup nonfat milk
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 450°F. Spray a 9-inch ovenproof skillet or 9-inch square pan with no-stick cooking spray; place in oven to heat.
2. COMBINE all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
