Asian Slaw

Ingredients
1 cup Bok Choy, shredded1 cup Red Cabbage, shredded1 cup Nappa Cabbage, shredded1 cup Bean sprouts.5 cup Scallions, chopped 2 tsp Ginger Root, finely minced.5 cup Rice Wine Vinegar.5 cup Sesame Oil3 tsp Splenda
Directions
1. Toss the first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Put Sesame Oil, Splenda, Ginger, and Rice Wine Vinegar in a jar. Shake until it comes together.
3. Pour Dressing over Salad and toss.
4. Add Scallions and toss. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
**Adjust vinegar and splenda seasonings as needed, but make sure to adjust Nutrition Info as well.
