Cheese Stuffed Shells

1/2 c Part Skim Riccotta Cheese1/2 c Fat Free Cottage Cheese1/4 c Shredded Parmesan Cheese24 Large Pasta ShellsItalian Seasoning to tasteMinced Garlic to tasteCanned pasta sauce of choice (not included in nutrition info)
Mix cheese, seasoning and garlic together. I like to put it all in the food processor and blend until smooth because I don't like the texture of the cottage cheese.
Prepare shells per package instructions.
Fill each shell with about 1 Tbsp cheese mixture.
Spoon a thin layer of sause in the bottom of a baking dish.
Lay shells on top of the sauce.
Pour more sauce on top of the shells.
Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes or until hot all the way through.
