Pork Cabbage Stew

Ingredients
2 cups green beans2 cups raw baby carrots or diced1 cup raw onions1 medium head of cabbage chopped.25 cups of dry tapioca pudding1 large can or 3 cups diced tomatoes 2lbs pork stew meat choppedSalt and Pepper to your own flavor
Directions
Mix everything together and place covered in the oven for about 6 hours on low setting 275 degrees. This makes meat very tender. You can also use a slow cooker.
