Chili Verde

Ingredients
* Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, 2 large (remove) * Garlic, 8 cloves (remove) * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove) * Oregano, ground, 1.5 tbsp (remove) * stew beef 3 oz, 17 serving (remove) * Chicken Broth, 5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * diced green chili - 7 oz, 4 serving (remove)
Directions
Chop onion and garlic and saute in oil, along with whole pepper. Add oregano and beef and brown. Add stock and 1 tsp. salt and cook for 90 minutes. Add diced chilis and cook additional 30-45 minutes. Remove jalapeno before serving.
