1/2 onion1/2 bell pepper6oz steak strips2oz cheddar cheese shredded1/4 c picante sauce2 tbsp sour cream4 c romain lettuce shreaded or choppedDash of Frank's hot sauce (optional)
cook meat until jabout done and saute on ions and peppers until tender crisp (meat shoud be done when veggies are tender crisp) Turn out into a bowl add picante sauce and hot sauce (if using), Mix well. Arrange lettuce on plate and top with meat/veggie mixture. top with sour cream and cheese. ENJOY
