Ingredients
1 can Chicken of the Sea - Pink Salmon Traditional Style1/2 cup Gluten Free Bread Crumbs3 T lite Mayonnaise2 eggs3 T Canola Oil
Directions
Drain and flake salmon. Mix with bread crumbs, mayonnaise and eggs. Shape into 8 patties. Heat oil over medium heat. Cook patties until brown on each side, approx 3 minutes per side.
