Lemon Pepper Wings

1/2 cup Lemon Juice1 tsp black pepper1 tsp Garlic powder2 tbsp Olive Oil16 Chicken Wings2 tsp Lemon & Pepper Seasoning Salt
1. Boil wings in a large pot of water for about 15 minutes.
2. While wings boil mix lemon juice, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil in a separate large boil.
3. After boiling remove wings from water and toss them in with lemon mixture. Make sure to thoroughly coat wings.
4. Place wing in a flat pan and sprinkle both sides with lemon pepper seasoning salt to suit taste. (Try using parchment paper to keep wings from sticking to pan, easy clean up too)
5. Broil wings in oven for about 5-10 minutes per side (depending on your oven) until nicely browned and crisp.
Best served hot. 4 wings per serving.
