Beef Yakisoba

Ingredients
Round Steak, thinly slicedYellow Crookneck Squash, thinly slicedBok Choy, choppedNapa Cabbage, choppedGinger Root, peeled and dicedSesame OilSoy SauceOyster Sauce
Directions
Slice 1 lb of round steak into thin slices. Chop 5 to 6 cups of asian vegetables (napa cabbage, bok choy, zuchini, yellow squash, julliened carrots, broccoli, etc). Peel and chop apx 1 tbsp of ginger root. Heat 2 tbsp of sesame oil in a large wok. Fry beef and ginger in heated oil until browned. Remove beef. Add chopped vegetables and stir until cooked (2-3 min). Add beef, noodles and sauces to the vegetables in the wok and toss until well mixed. Makes apx (12) 1 cup servings.
