Puffed Wheat Squares

Ingredients
1/3 c butter, unsalted1/2 c. light corn syrup1c. brown sugar2 tbsp cocoa1 tsp vanilla8 c. Whole Wheat Krisps (puffed wheat)
Directions
Spray 9 . 12 baking pan with non stick spray
Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat.
Add syrup, sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
Stir constantly.
When mixture begins to bubble, remove from heat immediately and add the puffed wheat.
Pack into 9x12 pan, pressing down firmly.
Refrigerate for about 15-20 min to help it set. This makes it easier to cut into servings.
I pre-cut the squares so the family can just grab one.
