Patty Cakes with Sultanas

Ingredients
1 cup Self Raising Flour60g butter1 egg1/4 cup milk1/3 cup caster sugar1/3 cup sultanas
Directions
Beat sugar and butter to a cream. Add egg and beat well. Add milk and flour alternatively. Add in the sultanas and spoon into a patty cake tin. Bake moderate oven for 15 minutes. Makes 12
