Ham & Cheese Lasagna

Ingredients
3 C sliced mushrooms2 C each thin sliced celery & carrots1 C chopped onion1 tbsp olive oil2 C cubed hame1 tsp minced garlic1 tbsp flour2 C heavy cream1 can diced tomatos with basil, oregano & garlic1/4 tsp pepper2 C shredded mozzarella5 oz shredded swiss1 C parm cheese9 no-cook lasagna noodles
Directions
In a large skillet, saute the mushrooms, celery, carrots and onion in oil for 5 min. In sm bowl, combine flour and cream, stir into ham mix. Add tomatoes and pepper. Boil and stir 2 min. Reduce, simmer uncovered 8 min. In sm bowl combine cheeses. Place noodles in greased baking dish; top with 1/3 ham mix and 1/3 cheese. Repeat. Cover; bake 350 for 30 min. Uncover; bake 15 min Let stand for 20 min before cutting
