Ingredients
1/2 cup oil2 beaten eggs1 cup 1% milk3 cups flour4 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups sugarTopping: 3 tablespoons butter3 tablespoons flour3/4 cup brown sugar3 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
Combine oil, eggs, and milk. Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add to the first ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 9" x 13" pan. Combine topping ingredients: brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and flour. Sprinkle some on top of batter. Swirl in with a knife. Add remaining topping to the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. 12 servings
