AntCof's Squash,Tomato, Cheese Omelet

Ingredients
1 cup eggbeaters1 cup summer squash1 plum tomato, diced1 Tbsp onion1/4 cup mozzerella, part skim1 Tbsp half and half, fat free
Directions
Saute onion and squash, add tomato. Whip eggbeaters and cream and add to saute onion mixture and sprinkle with mozzerella. Place in heated 350 oven for 15 minutes and knife inserted comes out clean.
