Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
Pre made Pie Crust2 cups lowfat mozzerella cheese2 tablespoons flour1 pkg of fresh spinach - cooked drained1 cup 2% milk1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese1/4 cup parm cheese2 eggs lightly beatensalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Place pie crust in pie plate
toss cheese and flour in bowl
add spinach, milk & eggs
season with salt & pepper
mix well
pour in crust
bake one hour or until set
