3 whole wheat English muffins1 can crabmeat, drained and flaked3 T. light mayo1 T. lemon juice1/2 t. dried tarragon1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Broil English muffins 4-6" from the heat for 2-3 min. In a bowl, combine the crab, mayo, lemon juice, pepper, and tarragon. Spread over each muffin half; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Broil for 2-3 min. or until cheese is melted.
