Home made Cashew Nut Butter

Ingredients
1/2 cup blanched Cashew Nuts, 1/4 cup roasted cashew nuts2 TBS Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
If desired, roast the blanched cashews on a pan coated with cooking spray for about 20 minutes or until cashews are browned.
Place nuts in a blender or a grinder. Pulverize until mixture is a fine powder.

Add Sesame oil until mixture is desired consistency

Store in covered air tight container in refrigerator

Makes about 1/2 cup nut butter
