Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat, 2 sliceMilk, nonfat, .25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, .25 tbsp*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, .25 tspNutmeg, ground, .25 tsp I also sometimes add chocolate chips and shredded coconut for a real treat, but make sure to add the extra calories!
This is so easy! Toast the bread first. While it's toasting, mix all the other ingredients together in a small bowl. After the bread is toasted, rip it into small pieces (mine are usually the size of the tip of my thumb) and put it in the liquid mixture. Mix it all up well, then pour into a greased ramekin or small baking dish. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 350. When it's done enjoy!
