Veggie fajitas

Ingredients
150g Quorn Chicken Style Pieces1 Cup bell peppers1tsp Cajun Spice Mix60g Weight Watchers Low Fat Creme Fresh 3%fat4 Wheat Flour Tortillas1 medium onion120g Red kidney beans
Directions
Dry fry onion and peppers and stir fry for a few minutes.

Add quorn and a little water to stop it sticking, stir for 5 minutes.

Add beans.

Add cajun spices. Fry for 3 minutes until beans are hot.

Serve in tortillas with creme fresh. YUM YUM..
