Creamy Potato and Ham soup

Ingredients
Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 4.5 cupCelery, raw, 2.5 cup, diced Baby Carrots, raw, 35 medium Ham, regular (11% fat), 2 cup, diced Water, tap, 20 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Cook all veggies in water for 45 min. Take out two cups of veggies and juice and blend. Mix into soup and simmer for 10 min. add ham for five min. Enjoy
