Tortilla Roll Ups

Ingredients
12 Large Whole Wheat tortillas8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese1 cup red fat sour cream1 can chopped green chilis1 can black olives1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 packet fiesta dip
Directions
Makes 12 full roll ups - cut into 1 inch slices = 144 mini pieces

Mix all the ingredients together and spread evenly on tortillas. Roll tortilla up and roll in wax paper to secure - place in fridge. Keep in fridge 1 - 2 hours and serve. Freezes well - take out 1 hour before serving.
