Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil3 tsp garlic1 cup chopped broccoli1 cup chopped asparagus1 cup cauliflower4 servings of whole wheat pasta
Directions
put 1 tbsp olive oil in bottom of a pot,
mix in 2 tsp garlic
set stove on low heat
add vegatables and mix well so garlic and oil coat vegatables.
add 1 tbsp olive oil
add 1 tsp garlic
mix vegatables again so they are well coated
cover pot and steam vegatable for 10 -1 5 minutes until vegatable are done (continue stirring)
make pasta according to directions
serve vegatables over pasta
