Mac N Cheese

Ingredients
6tbsp Butter1/4c flour1/2tsp dijion mustard3c 1% milk3/4 lbs sharp cheddar cheese shredded3/4 box of Barilla Plus Macaroni1 small onion, grated
Directions
Over medium low heat, mix together butter, flour, & mustard. Whisk until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add warm milk. Cook until thick & smooth. Stir in grated onion and cheese. Whisk until smooth. Cook macaroni a'dente. Put the macaroni in a cassarole dish. Pour cheese mixture over the pasta. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
