Ingredients
1/2 c old fashioned oatmeal1/2 c water4 walnut halvessplash of vanilla (0.5 tsp or less)1 tsp splendasqueeze of sugar free maple syrup (1/8 cup or less)skim milk to taste (1/2 c or less)
Directions
Combine oatmeal, vanilla, walnuts, splenda and water. stir. Microwave for 1 min and 30 sec, watching to make sure it doesn't boil over. Add sugar free maple syrup and skim milk and enjoy! Makes 1 serving
