Carbquick Pancakes

Ingredients
2 C carbquick1 egg1/8 C heavy cream1/2 C water1 stick butter - melted2 Tablespoons water - as needed to make smooth pourable batter
Directions
combine all ingredients in a bowl. mix just enough to combine, do not over mix. ladle onto griddle over medium high heat
flip when bubbles form and edges are done

2 pancakes per serving
