Braised Beef Tips

2-3 Lbs Boneless Beef Stew Cubes1 Tbsp canola oil2 Tbsp butter1 chopped medium onion3 chopped carrots1/2 cup diced celery1 Tbsp parsley flakes1 cup canned tomatoes2 Tsp salt2 Tsp paprika
Brown meat in heated oil stirring so it will brown quickly & evenly. Add 1 cup water and cook for 2 hours slowly. Cook in an electric skillet or a deep skillet on top of stove.
For sauce, melt butter and brown oinon, carrots and celery. Add tomatoes ad heat thoroughly. Add salt and paprika and pour sause over meat and continue cooking for an additional hour until meat is tender.
Serve over brown rice.
