Jason's Yogurt Cornbread

Ingredients
Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (1 box)Quaker Cream of Wheat (4 tbsp)100% Liquid Egg Whites (4 tbsp)Low-fat Yogurt, plain (.5 cup)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix Jiffy Corn muffin mix, cream of wheat, egg whites, and yogurt in medium size mixing bowl.

Spray 4x9 bread pan with light nonstick cooking spray. Pour in cornbread mix. Place pan in preheated oven on middle rack, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
