creamy pesto chicken pasta with feta

2 chicken breasts diced 2 cups pasta uncooked1/2 cup mushrooms sliced1 small red onions diced1/2 cup low fat cream cheese1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream1/4 pesto sauce3 tbsp dill weed, dried5 oz reduced fat feta cheese, cubed2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Place oil, mushrooms, and onions in frying pan, cook till onions are carmalized, and mushrooms are browned. Then add diced chicken, cook for about 5mins or until cooked through. In a saucepan of boiling water, add penne pasta, boil for 12-15 mins depending how you like your pasta, drain. Place in a large bowl, add onions, mushrooms and chicken. In a small sauce pan, melt cream cheese, add sour cream, pesto, dill and feta cheese, cook till you have a smooth even sauce. Pour on top of pasta, chicken mixture, and mix thoroughly. Makes 4-6 serving.
