Flax Seed Crackers

Ingredients
1 cup flax seed (not ground kind but the whole seed)1 cup water1 tblsp Mrs Dash Original (or choice)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and allow to sit 1 hour until it turns do a gel. Mix well and spred on fruit leather sheet and dry on low over night until crisp.

Delicious with hummus or other dip of choice.

    Simple, delicious, and room for experimenting. I added about 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1 long sprig of fresh rosemary (chopped finely) and 4 sun-dried tomatoes (chopped finely). Gives it a yummy mediterranean taste. - 3/22/10
