Light Curried Tuna Salad

Ingredients
romaine lettucechunkie tunadiced applechopped celerychopped green onionsdiced red onionchopped parsleylight mayonaisedeli mustardcider vinegarcumintumericblack pepper
Directions
Makes 4 Servings

Wash and chop romaine into bite size pieces. Set aside.

Drain cans of tuna and add to mixing bowl. (chunkie Tuna is best)

Dice apple, celery, parsley, red and green onion and add to mixing bowl.

Add mayo, mustard, vinegar and spices. (I add a 1/2 of tumeric with the cumin for a little extra flavor.)

Mix until well blended, but tuna is still in chunkie pieces.

Divide romaine into 4 salad bowls and top with 1/4 of tuna salad mixture each.

Makes a delicious and filling low calorie, low carb, low fat, high protien meal!
