Crockpot Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients
2-103/4 c. red. fat cr. of chicken soup1-10oz. pkg. frozen spinich1-boneless skinless chicken breast cubed1-8oz. red. fat sour cream1 c. skim milk1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese1/3 c. chopped onion1/2 t. salt1/4 t. pepper1/8 t. nutmeg9-whole wheat lasagna noodles1 c. part skim mozzarella cheesecooking sprayCombine first 10 ingrediants in lg.bowl. Stir well.Place 3 uncooked lasagna noodles in bottom of 5 qt. crockpot coated with cooking spray, breaking noodles if necessary to fit. Spread 1/3 of mixture over noodles, sprinkle with 1/3 of mozz. cheese. Repeat 2 more times ending with top layer of mozzarella cheese. Cook on low setting for 8 hrs.
