Southern Style cobb salad

1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar1/2 tsp lawry's seasoned salt1/2 lb turkey bacon3 quarts chopped lettuce1 11 oz can blackeyd peas rinsed & drained1 can whole kernel corn drained2 med tomatoes chopped1 cup low fat shredded cheesepecan crusted chicken sliced
1. in shallow dish combine brown sugar seasoned salt. evenly coat coat bacon with seasoned mixture. In shallow microwave dish arrange bacon. microwave until crisp set aside.
2. On large shallow serving platter arrange greens. evenly top with ingredients aranging in rows.
* pecan crusted chicken: combine 1 cup chopped pecans, 1/2 tsp seasoned salt 1/4 tsp lawrys seasoned pepper. coat 4 boneless chicken breasts with butter spray then pecan mixture. bake at 350' for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
