medium red potatoes 33 cups chicken broth, fat free, low sodium6 oz chopped roasted chicken1 cup (dry) lintils1/3 cup chopped onions 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1/2 teasp salt or to taste
Makes 6 one cup servings
add onions to broth
rinse lintils, and add to broth, bring to a boil and lower heat to med low after 15 minutes, add the cubed potatoes, after another 15 minutes, add the mushrooms, after another 15 minutes, add the chicken and stir well. Serve.
