Garlic Shrimp and Mushroom Fried Rice

1 tbsp Olive Oil12-13 Med Shrimp8 Med Mushrooms, raw2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp soy sauce1 tsp Fried Rice seasoning1/2 cup prepared brown rice
Heat oil over medium heat, add garlic and saute for a minute. Add mushrooms (cut into pieces), saute for another 2 minutes, add shrimp, soy sauce and seasoning and cook for 3 more minutes. Add prepared brown rice to skillet, stir until mixed. Serves 1
