Jello Mousse with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
1 0.3 oz. of sugar free jello brand gelatin1 C boiling water8 ice cubes6 oz. or 3/4 C greek yogurt
Directions
Put jello into a bowl. Pour boiling water over it and stir until dissolved. Add ice cubes and stir until jello starts to gel. Take out any remaining ice cubes. Add greek yogurt and beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
Makes 2 servings.
Note: You could double the recipe and make 2 different flavors and layer it in glass.
