All You Can Eat Low Cal Soup

Ingredients
6 large green onions1 head cabbage6 large stalks (or more) celery2 11.5oz cans V8 veg. juice2 large cans tomatoes2 green peppers (bell)1 package Lipton soup dry mixsalt, pepper, parsley (to taste)Optional: bouillon and/or hot sauce
Directions
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces, place in a soup pot; pour V8 and canned tomatoes over; stir and cook until the vegetables are tender.
NOTE: if using the bouillon and/or hot sauce, add when the soup starts to boil. This soup freezes really well.
