Awesome Eggs

Ingredients
4 large eggs1/2 medium onion, diced1 tbsp minced garlic1 tbsp banana peppers, chopped1/2 tbsp butter1 tsp black pepperpinch of salt
Directions
(My preferred veggie prep: Onion fresh, dice on cutting board. Banana peppers from jar, pre-sliced into rings; chop on cutting board. Minced garlic straight from jar.)
Sautee onion, garlic, and banana peppers in non-stick skillet with butter on medium heat (or high heat if electric stove). While veggies are sauteeing, pre-scramble eggs in bowl. When veggies are done, dump eggs into hot skillet. With silicone spatula, keep eggs from sticking to skillet while cooking. Add 1tsp black pepper and a pinch of salt.
